Technical data

Appearance: translucent white syrupy liquid

Advantages
Translucent syrupy liquid that suitable for modern high-speed sidpersion equipment that easy to take and has good dispersion;
Excellent anti-settling performance; no evident impact to viscosity;
Good viscosity stability, easy to stir and would not deposit and indurate in the bottom;
No need to activation and anti-settling performance would not be influenced by dispersion temperature;
Anti-settling performance would not be influenced solvent or resin polarity;
No appearent influence to the glossness, yellowing performance, water resistence and drying rate;
No need for griding and extremely suitable for the pigment that cann’t grid, like aluminum powder, pearl powder, dumb powder, fluorescent pigment and improve anti-settling property. Improve the array of aluminum flake and gloss when used with aluminum powder.
Application fields
Suitable for various solvent-based air-dry and baking coating system. Extremely suitable for dipping coating to improve the shortcomings of bentonite anti-sediment agent.
Recommended Dosage and usage
Dosage: 1.0-5.0%
No need to grid and add at any stage and evenly stirred.
Storage and transportation
Keep the product store in a shady and cool place, avoid sunlight, raining and leaking. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks and open flames.
Containers should be stored under the temperature of 0-40℃ and the product maybe become soft wax when the temperature is 0℃ and need to return the temperature to 25℃ to use.
The product container should not have direct thermal radiation.
Safty
The product contains solvents, please be awear when use and avoid eye or skin exposure. For more details,please refer to the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet).
Note
Please test compatibility with coating system before use;
Add Desettle202P to resin and evenly disperse with high-speed sisperse, add other materials like aluminum solvent etc. And mix with relatively low cutting forces.
