Technical data

Advantages
Largely improve adhesion for coatings, when Adherant1121 added to epoxy coating and paint on glasses, after immersing in boiling water for 24 hours the adhesion wouldn’t affected, while with no additives, it would fall and have no adhesion any more after the immersion ;
The water resistance, anti-corrosion and salt resistance property would be largely improved when add Adherant112 to the coatings;
Also suitable for adhesives, elastomer, sealing agent and ink paintings, etc. except for coatings to improve long-term adhesion.

Epoxy resin, alkyd, polyurethane, acrylic, silicone coating systems;

Recommended Dosage and usage
Adding to resin solids with 1 ~ 2 % of this product.
Epoxy coatings should add to solid agents and mix with other resins.
Storage and transportation
Containers should be stored under the temperature of 0-40℃ and in a shady and cool place, avoid sunlight, raining and leaking. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks and open flames.
Safty
The product contains solvents, please be awear when use and avoid eye or skin exposure. For more details,please refer to the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet).
Note
The oil or liquid on base materials should be cleaned before coating to ensure adhesive property.
Adherant1121 contains amine. The color of the liquid would turn deep after storing for a period of time, but would not effect the quality.
